Shipping
In Lithuania:
We offer free delivery to Your address if Your order exceeds 20 Eur. To orders bellow 20Eur we add 3 Eur delivery fee.
EU countries:
Free delivery to Your address if order exceeds 30 Eur. To orders below 30 Eur we add 5 Eur delivery fee.
Rest of the world:
Please contact kimono@kimono.lt regarding delivery to other countries and we will prepare special offer to You.
Lithuanian 21% VAT is included into all products price.
Your order will be delivered 3-5 days from the placing an order. In case special orders, production time will require 10-14 days.
Returns
We value You as a customer and Your satisfaction in very important to us. We hope You enjoy our products. In case, You are not satisfied with our products, please contact us by email kimono@kimono.lt and we will try to solve all arising problems to Your satisfaction.
If for any reason You are unsatisfied with our products, You can return them for an exchange or full refund. In this case www.kimono.lt must be notified within 14 working days from shipment receiving date. Please write the reason, why items will be returned. To be returned items must be shipped within 14 days from date of notifying www.kimono.lt.
All items must be returned un-used and in a saleable condition with proof of purchase from our shop. The customer is responsible for packaging and shipping costs and goods are under Your responsibility until they arrive at our address. In order to avoid being responsible for any loss or damage that occurs during transit, please return the items using an insured delivery service that covers the full cost of the items. The returned goods must be in the same original packaging and condition as You received them for a full refund.
In case You decide to exercise your right to return purchased products, www.kimono.lt will not accept returned products that have been altered from their original status or damaged.
